I've had chicago style pizza, I've had New York, I've had lots, but none is as scrumptous and tasteful as Bilotti's. I love the food and the waiters/waitresses are some of the nicest people you will meet! more

I visit Rochester quite often and was advised to try out Bilotti`s..I was told they have the ""cheesiest pizza""..I`m a cheese lover..and had to see for myself if this was true..I was greeted by a friendly waitress..who asked for my drink rite away..I personally like that..Took me awhile to look over the menu..soo many things sounded good and was hard to pick..I decided on a pepperoni,bacon,green pepper,pineapple pizza..when she brought my pizza...I couldn`t believe how ""cheesy"" it was..It was delicious..I enjoy coming to Bilotti`s ..and i will continue to go there for my ""cheese fix"".. more

This is definitely not a fine Italian dinning restaurant, pizza is a little greasy, lettuce is just shredded, bread is soaked in butter and garlic. However, that is why I love this place. To me it is the same quality as Olive garden or Macaroni Grill yet it doesn't come with the played out chain themes. It is one of the few places in Rochester to eat that has a little bit of its own character. more

The Service,the Owner Karla and Heather are great to deal with and you always get a huge portion. I have long Loved their pizza and highly recommend it to any food lover alike. Not much else to say about Bilotti's but I will Be Back For More and MORE!! more

The chicken parm sandwich...well, when I opened its sad little styrofoam tomb I gazed upon one of the finest looking examples of the genre I have ever seen. Undoubtedly one of the top five chicken parm sandwiches I have ever eaten, and I'm a chicken parm eater. The sauce was a deep red, thick and robust. It tasted like it sat on a stovetop slow-cooking in some Grandma's kitchen all afternoon. The chicken was a deep-fried patty, as is usual, but it had a surprise: the coating wasn't the usual breading style, it was more like beer batter or tempura. Thick and very crispy. Chicken was perfectly cooked. more

I ordered a chicken parm sandwich and a salad. For reals. Italian, extremely homemade. Lots of diced shallot and marjoram in red wine vinegar and olive oil. Seriously good more

Bilotti's,YUM! Bilotti's Has by far the Cheesiest Pizza In Rochester. Located in the heart of downtown(First Ave) and in the Peace Plaza(100suites) Rochester's Own orginal Pizza Place still thrives to bring in high end clients,mayo employees and tourists alike. Why you ask because they use over 2000Lbs, Yes 2000Pounds(3 truck loads a week) of some of the freshiest cheese around. more
