Seriously, these crabs ARE AMAZING!!! you must try them they are like the Best Ever. Besides, the service is very efficient and servers are very helpful. Something you must not miss is their homemade mustard sauce. more

I love coming here! The restaurant has a fun vibe, I always request a waterfront seat. Amazing food! The lobster was so fresh and delicious. I always recommend friends and family to go here. more

Great food (I had a steak, which was good, but tried a bite of lobster, which was excellent), cute - if a little campy - decor and very attentive service. I would recommend aiming for a seat on the deck and definitely order dessert - they key lime pie was my favorite part. more

The best meal in Florida! 5/19/2011

We happen to find this place by accident, and it turned out to be one of the most favorable accidents we had. Now, It has become part of our rutine, me and my family are crazy for crustaceans and Billy's is the best seafood restaurant we have ever tried. Dishes are always fresh and well prepared and protions are huge. Once or twice a month we visit Billy's religiously. If you do not know Billy's yet, I higlhy recommend you to go dinning there today! It really worth it! more

Great experience! 5/16/2011

What an experience it is to dine in at Billy's Stone Crab. The view is amazing and the environment is great. Loved their food. I am very picky with my sea food but this satisfied all my taste buds. The shrimp was a delight. Tender like no other and the seasoning was unique to every other. Look forward to coming here again. more

Culinary Delight! - 5/5/2011

We've been to Billy's with my wife several times now and we are continually impressed. Fish is always fresh and tasty, and portions are Huge! Service is consistently incredible and solid and the atmosphere is fun without being too loud. The perfect place for a great dinning experience in Hollywood. We higly recommend this spot! more

You should make it a regular stop! We heard rumors about "Billy's crabs, the best crabs ever" and we got curious, certanily we didn't believe at all they could live up to be the best... but they exceed our expectations, everyhting was simply incredible and exquisite. Rumors for once were true! more

The view from Billy's is amazing, and the decor is pretty cool. The waiter recommended the stone crab (which was awesome!). We each ordered the All You Can Eat Large Stone crab claws and had a wonderful meal. more

Great place for stonecrab lovers! 3/29/2011

What s special place for stonecrab lovers! Someone told us to try it on our last visit and needless to say, we couldn't wait to go back last month with friends. They enjoyed it so much they even ordered stonecrabs delivered for the Christmas eve family gathering..their special mustard sauce really adds an extra touch. Everyone is so friendly. more

Great Place Great Food Great waitstaff 3/24/2011

We were a big noisy party of 14, quite a challenge to any waiter, and I found the service to be terrific -- fast and attentive. And the food was flavorful and plentiful. A classic Old Miami kind of place. We had a great time and a great meal, not to mention a stellar Washington State Riesling at a good price. more

Delicious!!!!!!!!!!! 3/17/2011

We went for lunch and I specifically went for the stone crab. We were seated immediately outside with a view over the water. Our server was prompt and efficient, if you want stone crab they bring out a platter showing you what is available so you know exactly what you are going to get. We were sitting on a glider seat and managed to knock our drinks over (so embarrassing) but they were replaced free of charge! OH had the yellowtail snapper which he said was delicious and I had no complaints about my stone crab. Overall it was a very pleasant lunchtime experience more

We'll definitely be back 2/28/2011

We ate at Billy's on a Sunday night early and had the place to ourselves. By the end of our meal the place was packed. The service was great but I imagine they get in the weeds pretty quickly. Three of us had fish one had the crabs. Although they were from Georgia the crabs were delicious. Everyone loved their fish and no one finished their meal. We ordered a few sides and all were delicious. We'll definitely be back more

Would not have any problem recommending 2/28/2011

I noted a couple negative reviews on trip advisor - but I wanted stone crab claws, so my wife and I went anyway. The complainers must have been eating somewhere else. Great staff, wonderful location (get one of the cabanna rockers if you go) on the intercoastal, very good food (nothing I had was frozen) and the price was very reasonable. Would not have any problem recommending it. Take the water taxi down from Ft Lauderdale and get off at the bakery and walk 2-3 blocks south. Wonderful way to spend a day. more

  • Billy's Stone Crab Restaurant is known far and wide nationally and internationally as one of THE best seafood restaurant & market in the Ft. Lauderdale area. And for a good reason. Billy's two story fine dining seafood restaurant, is accessible both by elevator and stairs and has floor to ceiling captivating views of the Intracoastal Water Way in the main elegant dining room. The sunset is magnificent. And at night, when the draw bridge of Hollywood Boulevard is illuminated and the lights change colors, the view is quite spectacular, making the restaurant a preferred city spot.
