i had my guitar "super tuned" at Bill's and it came back worse than when I sent it there. There aren't a lot of quality guitar repair guys in Baltimore, I had to reaort to lookin...

I bought a gibson les paul supreme from you guys. You helped me pack it for the trip back home and you cared so much that you called the airlines to see what we could do. I was able to take it onto the airplane and put it in the overhead storage. I cant begin to thank you enough for all the help you provided for me. The supreme has rich sound that allows me to play at the top of my game and is just a joy to play. thank you so much, madison more

I was able to find my way around with no problems. Things came across as a bit "busy" (not as in too many people but as in so many things to see). On the one hand that's good because I have so much to choose from more

I am very happy with Bill's 12/15/2010

I am very happy with Bill's. Even when you were working on getting my paper work done, I must have been asked at least 5-6 times by other reps if I needed help. When I would go in other shops, I got treated like I was some "punk" kid just there to mess with equipment and not actually buy anything. This is such a misrepresentation of the person I am! Needless to say, that was quite insulting to me. It was totally the opposite with your store! Bill's Music has secured my business as well as the business of the other 5 members of my band! more
