The glass was one day late from promised day. So I had to drive around with 2 smashed windows for a day instead of going with someone who COULD have it "the next day." Upon return of the vehicle the following issues were noted: glass on the floor (they didn't clean it like I asked them to), scratches all over the interior (they wiped glass off the dash board with a cloth O.O WTF were they thinking?), scratches and pry marks on exterior body panels and plastic trim (prying trim again painted body panels with screw drivers?!?! that's insane.), rear view mirror was loose. They only offered to fix the paint the outside and declined my quote from a reputable shop to do the job right. "Their guy" used some off-the-shelf fix-a-scratch cr@p. Didn't even let it dry in time, so there are paint smears from the plastic trim that touches the panel. Paint doesn't match, of course, and the scrape is still obvious since it wasn't actually repainted. Would NOT recommend taking a good looking or a new c
