Honest management, affordable prices, vehicle done on time. 1/6/2016

I've been going to Bill's Automotive for over 20 years. They never try to get you to have more work on your vehicle than what it needs. They'll give you options on how to best repair your vehicle. Their prices are always good - many times the final bill is less than the estimate. The vehicle is always ready on time (unless there's a back-order on a part or something out of the shop's control). This was my latest good experience with Bill's Automotive - On Dec. 3, 2015 my car started running really rough and I wasn't far from Bill"s Automotive. I stopped in to have a mechanic look at it. Ed looked at it right away and said I could leave it there (without an appointment) and he'd work it in. This was on a Thursday and there were a lot of cars already there to be worked on, and I didn't schedule the repair, so I figured he wouldn't get to it until Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Ed on Friday (Dec. 4) saying it was done! Thank you Ed! You're awesome! more

No More Stress 10/15/2015

I called at 6:45 am to see if they could look at my car that same day because the engine light was on. Ed let me bring it in so I was there at 7am! They called me with the issues, told me what really needed to be done now and what could be done a little later. When the car was complete, I got a phone call letting me know it was ready. Ed and Bill's Automotive made my day much less stressful. They were honest, pleasant, convenient and my car is running like it should! I have an older car with lots of miles and strange noises. I was actually uncomfortable driving it! But not anymore...!!!! They fixed it! I was impressed and extremely happy with Bill's Automotive. Thank you!!! more

Always good to work with 10/14/2015

We take all our cars here for work. From brakes, to inspections, and more. Bill's does it all and does it well and timely. He goes over anything he found that they didn't need to do as well as extras they might have to do. No surprises unless you get surprised by how honest a business can be these days. more

2002 Saturn Catalytic Converter 8/18/2015
