I can't remember not going to Bill's. I might have an oil change done somewhere else but if they so much as mention this is wrong or that my response is always the same, "I have a good mechanic." Then, I take it to Ed. Frankly, I would go nowhere else. We bought a 200 mile plan so I can tow to Bill's. I don't want anyone else touching my car. It is about being treated right. more

Best mechanic in town 11/6/2014

As always, Bills Automotive took great care of me. Ed doesn't beat around the bush. He told me a few things the mechanic noticed, but weren't immediate threats to my poor old car. Their labor rates are super reasonable and I always get top quality work done on my vehicle. My family has been going there for over 20 years. I don't know what I'll do if I ever move out of St. Louis! more

Very good service and fast. Since I live alone I have to wait for my car to be serviced and they get right on it so I don't have to wait any longer than necessary. I plan to have new tires put on my car as soon as my bank account and schedule allow. more

Great Work a little messy. 10/20/2014

Bill's always does nice work. I usaully would give 5 stars. However this time the problem was fixed in a timely manner. However my wife was not pleased with the grease left on her driver side and passenger side floors and door rails. May have to call to have cleaned? They do great work and this I know is a one time mess. more

Dependable, Honest Work 10/13/2014

I am grateful that Ed was able to fit our car into the work schedule--especially since a mechanic was out on vacation. The car needed the 100,000 mi service with the timing belt change, spark plugs, etc. I appreciate that the work which was needed was done, but we didn't have to pay for unnecessary work to be done. It's a relief to have a mechanic who is honest and straightforward about the needed repairs. Thanks, Ed and team! more
