Our 1st experience with Billington Plumbing & Heating was hearing about them from a good friend.
Our 2nd experience was 12/26/09 when we placed a call when we'd been without heat since Christmas day -- happy ending when they came, worked (sadly to no avail) on our furnace for 2 hours, then returned two days later to install our new furnace.
Our 3rd experience was in February 2010 when an apartment rental we own had an emergency heating problem - Billington to the rescue.
Story to be continued as we hope our 4th experience will be SOON - as we are shopping for central air...
