I have been an auto dealer for 28 years and have been using your tag service for the same amount of time if not longer. After the experience I had yesterday, Saturday afternoon, I will not be using your service any longer. The employee who waited on us was extremely rude and told me that she could not process the title transfer without my sales license. I mentioned to her that I am a regular customer and knew the other girls in the office and could she please call one to verify who I am. Her response to me was ""I am not bothering them on their day off."" I told her I would email or fax it to here because it is in a frame in my office. Her response was ""I cannot help you."" My out of state buyers were amazed at how rude she was to us. Needless to say, we went to your competitor down the the street and had the process completed for $25 less then your normal $75 fee. I have always had a great working relationship with other Bill Vans employees! I do not understand why this was so difficult!\r
