I have had only good experiences in working with with Bill Ussery Motors Repair Dept.; they have found the problems quickly and fixed them the first time; my only complaint is that they are expensive, but I guess that's also a function of Merecedes parts. I have always found everyone there to be extremely professional, and efficient. After visiting a local Infinity dealer for service for another car, I especially appreciate Bill Ussery's cashier department for their efficiency and professionalism. Worst auto service experience ever. 10/13/2006

Service department doesn't return calls, seems unable to fix car right the first time, takes forever to fix car, and doesn't seem to care about anything but overcharging for their sloppy work.\r \r I've had my 2003 SL55 serviced at Bill Ussery Motors 3 times.\r \r First time, I went top pick up the car and half the repairs were not completed including a leather repair that I paid for. I brought the car to Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale and they were able to quickly fix everything that Bill Ussery left broken. Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale was even able to get a part in one day that Bill Ussery Motors claimed was holding up the repair because it was on back ordered (were they lying or just incompetent?).\r \r Second time, tried to charge me almost $175 for new windshield wipers that were quoted to me at $59. Didn't return calls, took forever, to fix car, and refused to give me a loaner car until I threw a fit.\r \r Third time, they lost my appointment in their computer and tried to send me away even though the problem with my car was a fuel pump that had broken off and was floating/banging around inside my fuel tank. When they did actually try to fix the car, and I went to pick it up after more than a week, they drove it out of the service garage and the car began to gush fuel all over the ground in front of me. A week later my car seemed to be back in one piece, but Ive got several new rattles to remind me of Bill Ussery Motors whenever I drive my car.\r \r Note: Service representative Ariel always did a good job trying to smooth things over. I guess he has lots of practice. more
