I have had several issues with my aging car taken care of and am completely satisfied with the service. They are reliable and not looking to do things you don't need. They have earned my trust, which, combined with quality work, is all I can ask for. more

I AM ALWAYS GLAD TO FIND GOOD PEOPLE TO WORK ON MY 96 DODGE RAM TRUCK. ITS ALWAYS IMPORTANT TO HAVE THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO FIX STUFF ON YOUR CAR WITH OUT SAYING THINGS LIKE YOU NEED THIS FIXED & THAT FIXED. AT BILL SMITH AUTO YOU DONT HAVE TO LISTEN TO ALL THAT CRAP. I KNOW THERE VERY GOOD & HONEST PEOPLE & I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES AT THIS BUSINESS WITH MY TRUCK. AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY GOOD TO ME & MY SISTER. Helpfullness 6/18/2015

This was my 1st visit, it was recommended by a mechanic friend. Bill Smith's Auto provided an estimate and only recommend what work was necessary and did not try to take advantage of me. The work was completed in the time the estimate at the price they quoted and my car runs great and is nice and cool now. more

Customer service at it's best. 6/17/2015

When I originally called to have my a/c Larry told me up front that it would be several days before they could get to it due to heavy volume of work already in shop. I then made appt. for a week and a half later. When I brought the truck in I was treated like an old friend. The service was great and honest. What I was told was how it was. The job was done earlier than I was originally told and done correctly. I would recommend to any and all to use Bill Smith. more

Took the time to find the problem 6/11/2015

An intermittent problem with my AC had been going on for several months. Two other garages had reported 'no problem found'. No kidding, I told them it was not consistent. Bill Smith's took the time to experience the failure and diagnose it. Then promptly made the repair. It's good to find a true professional that takes the time to actually solve your problem, instead of just wanting to send you a bill. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to my friends. more

Bill Smith repaired my A/C and replaced my valve cover gasket. Know one else could or would have done a better job. They are the best people to get your car repairs done right. more
