Honest work 4/11/2015

We have been going to this garage now for a couple of years and every bit of work done has been quality work and they back all of it. I would recommend this business to a friend or anyone that would ask about looking for a garage. more

Great place for auto repair 8/30/2011

Have dealt with Bill Smith's for over 20 years. The one word to best describe them is "honest". They repair only what needs to be repaired and take the time to explain the repairs. more

Poor Quality Workmanship 4/17/2010

Honest and Dependable ? 1/18/2010

A very dependable business that I have been taking all of vehicles to since 1999. They have always been honest and done quality work at a very fair price, usually close to half of what it would cost at a dealership. They even picked my car up at the airport while I was out of town on business and had it fixed and ready for me when I returned. It is hard to find a business like that, one that truly believes in customer service. If you try them out just one time, you will never go anyplace else. Bad prices, bad work 8/25/2009

They worked on my working A/C, just supposed to add oil, top off. Very minor deal. The day after they work on it my discharge hose blew off. This can be caused by overcharging. But of course they say there's no connection between this and the work they did the day before. Offered me a pitiful discount to 'show they're not heartless'. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! 8/6/2008

This place will rip you off. Very unprofessional and they try to make you pay out the butt for something that could be fixed with little effort on their part. They do not call you back to tell you what is wrong with your car and they put you on hold when you ask a question. I felt like I was in elementary school and they were looking up answers. I took my car to another place for a different opinion, they fixed my car for free because it did not need 1000$ to fix the problem like this place said it needed. Plus they said we could not do something to fix it when this other opinion did it and my car is completely fixed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! TRUST ME!!! Pros: None Cons: Everything more
