I throughly enjoyed doing business with Bill Pierre Chevrolet.

Worst

I've had both good and bad experiences at this dealership. The sales side is horrible and service is hit or miss.

Wow they meant what they said 10/20/2013

I purchased a used car a couple weeks ago. I was please with my salesman Devon. He showed me the car I wanted to see and was informative. No pressure at all. Nice guy. I then met with John and we made the deal. Again, no complaints at all. Very professional. Then on my way home the car broke down. The next day I was able to coax the car back to the dealer. I was expecting them to say "hey you signed the as-is paperwork" and that I was on my own. BUT I spoke with Matt Goldstein. He said that my satisfaction was worth more that the money it would cost to fix the car. WOW! He then backed up what he said and fixed my 8 year old "new" car. Can't really give it justice here but I was super impressed and I will be back. I am planning on buying a new new car in the next couple years. I will be back. I will also be telling all my friends about Bill Pierre Chevrolet. Thanks guys! more

Fast and experienced service 10/13/2013

From start to finish the service experience at Bill Pierre Chevrolet is outstanding. I was in for regular maintenance and warranty work and they took care of me timely and offered free shuttle to and from my residence for convenience. more

I have never been treated so bad. they are rude, liar's and complete frauds. I was threatened by the salesmen and the manager. Next time I hear from anyone from there I am going to the Attorney generals office with the original contract. I am working on getting them black listed from all military personnel. They are lucky that I decided not to sue at this time. I will not recommend anything from the Pierre auto group to anyone more

Great customer service, no hassle 10/9/2013

I bought a car here recently and everything was simple and pleasant. Great little play area for my kids, they handed out bottled waters, and even brought us cans of soda! Price haggling was brief and not bad for a car dealership, and they even drove my (old) car home for me the next day. I definitely appreciate the little touches that make a process like this easier with kids, not to mention super friendly people. more

Much more than I expected. 10/9/2013

I saw a Cruze diesel on Pierre website for a price that seemed to good to be true. I was certain when I called the salesman, he would say something like, "I'm sorry but the car you are inquiring about has been sold, but we have another car available" at a higher pice of course. I couldn't have been more wrong. The car WAS available at the PRICE listed on the website......no strings. So I bought it. The whole transaction was totally professional. I highly recommend Pierre Chevy. more

Singularly the worst buying and subsequent service experience in my entire life. Servi c e was booked two weeks ahead. it took nearly 4 hours longer than originally promised. For some inexplicable reasonthey didn't have the part in stock even though they had two weeks notice. Some of the other issues have not yet been corrected. Unacceptable! more

I usually don't wait for my car, but drop it off and pick it up after work. This time I sat in the waiting room, which was well equiped and comfortable. Someone in a suit came by to see if we wanted a bottle of water. more
