Worst

I've had both good and bad experiences at this dealership. The sales side is horrible and service is hit or miss.

I'm inpressed 10/28/2013

I went to several locations to buy a 2013 Chevy Volt and every one of them couldn't get me into my car, because they either couldn't find a creditor to finance me or the payments was so high that I just couldn't afford it. Bill Pierre Chevrolet was able to find me a loan at a great rate and they even found me an insurance company that I could afford for my new car. Thanks every one for your help and understanding. more

mess up! 10/27/2013

I took my solstice in to get the rear tail light bulb changed and whoever was checking my lights, turned on my high beams; I didn't realize this when I got home and my battery drained due to the high beams being left on; it was very inconvenient as I had to pay out of my pocket to have a professional jump start my car above being two hours late to work; I called Chris in the service department to tell him this and all he offered me was an insincere sorry; I will not be returning to Bill Pierre Chevrolet. more

A Haphazard Experience 10/22/2013

I went to purchase a car Bill Pierre advertised online. The salesman could not locate the car. He finally found it, but then could not locate the key. Another hour slipped by before one key was found. I ended up buying the car, and I was promised that the other key would be found and delivered. That never happened. I finally went to Nissan and had another key made to the tune of $103.00. I was disappointed by the disorganization and the lack of attention to detail. Really sloppy work on their part. They did not win my confidence so I will not be buying from them again. more

Great and honest dealings 10/20/2013

I went to BP Chev with 3 proposals: GM employees discount, student discount, and Costco Auto discount. But I could only use the Costco. They ran the numbers, each of them separately because they were not supposed to be combined. The service was friendly and complete. more

Keith was very helpful without making us feel pressured, Scott in finance is very knowledgeable and got us a better interest rate than we thought was possible. We have purchased 5 cars from Keith and Scott and will always go to them first when we are looking for another. more
