If you want to play the car game where they won't give you a price until you drive the vehicle then buy from them. So now you drove the vehicle and they say they have to check with their manager. Then they want to do a credit check so they can figure out payments still have not given you a price. They give you price and payments and you ask what the intrest is and they say they don't know for sure but would the payment work. Why did you run my credit if you do not know my intrest rate? They are just trying to muscle you into the deal thats why. Bill Kay Chrysler Downers Grove is the worst. I go home and see it on their website advertised for cheaper. What a joke. Their GM Dave Schoon is a joke too. more

Decent 11/18/2005

As with really any car dealership, this place was decent. I don't think anyone is every 100% happy with where they are, but this place did a good job. The staff seemed fairly honest and willing to work with you. Haven't had to use the service dept yet, but will see if that's good! more
