I really like the work that this man, Beau Gerard, does and he is a seasoned pro after watching him work on my walmart special.. I can see how people may misunderstand him specially in this matured challenged county...I wish more people would be a gentleman when owning a business like this person. I highly recommend beau. more

best in the state!!! 3/16/2012

I met the bike doc, Beau Gerard, at the casino in espanola when he was visiting people during the evacuation. He offered to service my bike when I was ready and I just brought it to him and he would not take payment... I do not have a lot of money and I appreciate this as my bike is my only form of transportation.. I now feel very safe on my bike and am extremely thankful to Beau and for him.. I recommend him to EVERYONE..I watched him work and was very impressed! more

I couldn't help but notice the review(s) about the bike doc, you know, the ones that were a bit harsh...and I can tell you that Mr. Gerard is one of the best in his field not only in being a seasoned tech but someone who cares about the safety of his customers...I have a lot of trouble believing that he would be anything but polite, somewhat direct but caring...and tactful.. more
