Don't recommend. Plenty of local businesses to choose from that appreciate the business that people give them. Bigfoot dispatchers are rude, crude and offensive. It's sad that a small business turns customers away because it has such a low regard for customer service. more

Bad Customer Service 1/5/2012

Bigfoot Pumping was called twice in 3 months to thaw my rental property. During the second service call I was informed there was an outstanding balance from the previous call. They claimed to have partially thawed the home when I was not available to meet the service people. I was not notified at the time of the service and the 2 people I spoke with concerning the $150 dollar charge (in addition to the $320 paid at the time of the actual service) were rude and could not offer any other information except, ""the service was done"". Very dissatisfied with the office staff. This company's only redeeming quality is their service people. Unfortunately, I will never utilize them again. more

Horrible business 11/9/2011

They came out 2 weeks after I called, and it had snowed between the time I called and the time they finally came out. I understand it's a busy time of year. They also charged me an extra $100 for using 3 sets of chains. I have water trucks and fuel trucks come up all year and they don't seem to have any problems. When I called to tell them I was annoyed, the woman who answered didn't care in the least. She was rude. I will not use them ever again. Horrible business and customer service. more

They came to my house last April to steam my sewer pipes, The two men that arrived were nice, clean (for plumbers), explained everything they were doing, gave me lots of tips on how to keep my sewer running effectivly, and the best part was they cleaned up any mess they made!
