The battered foods... all batter. The main dishes... little bits of whatever meat/fish/shrimp was supposed to be in it. The taste... heavily spiced and not in a good way. If you need to go there try the simple things like chicken on a stick, or maybe the chicken wings. Anyone who has been raving about this place needs to try a real chinese restaurant. it tastes soo good its or-9-asm-1c. while i was eating it was like a tingly feeling all through my body. i love big wong and i wont ever go back to those other tiny restrants. the people at big wong sure know how to dish it out.becareful you may not be able to take a full dish of big wong. i barely finished my serving and had to share it with my girl friend. big wong is all satisfaction 5 stars. Pros: big dishes Cons: couldnt walk afterwards more

EXCELLENT. 12/29/2006

The family who owns this restaurant are very nice. The food is excellent. As with any place with a ""busy time"" - call early. Here busy times seem to be any time after 7pm and on Fri/Sat eves. New Year's, too! :) They have been here for at LEAST 10 years in Taunton and I wish them continued success for many more years. They work very hard to keep you coming back! Pros: Food, service, parking all excellent. Cons: Ambience is average Chinese place. However, it has ample window views of area. more
