Good course overall, but needs maintenance especially on tee-boxes and around the greens. Don't be intimidated to play from the tips, distance gives way to fairly wide fairways. Number 9 is poorly designed: 600+ yards with slight downhill then doglegs up hill. Landing area does not reward good shots (except maybe a lucky one). Par 3's are too short to offer any challange.
Pros: Good Value, Friendly staff
Cons: upkeep - tee boxes, greens - upkeep, sand traps - upkeep
