Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! Staff are rude and unprofessional and treat you as if they are doing you some HUGE favor to service your car. Your money is far better spent someplace where the staff are polite, and, oh, I don't know, maybe smile, and say "thank you" when you pay them. What a joke! more

Big O Tires RIP_OFF! 1/7/2011

I was in the big o tires getting my braking system checked out as I was having a soft brake pedal. I just wanted to have an inspection of the system and a diagnostic to determine the problem. They told me that the problem was a bad master cylinder, upon further inspection, at a different shop they determined there was only air in the brake lines. They tried to charge me for and install parts that were not needed on the vehicle. They gave me a quote of $652.00. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! BUYER BEWARE! more
