I bought 5 new tires for my grandmothers truck, got an oil change in about 2 hours. Prices were very reasonable and the warranty on the tires is stand alone above anyone else in the industry. Highly recommend them, local and know the community. more

I am in the store on a daily basis, but as a vendor. I see and hear that happens when customers are not around, and all of the people bend over backwards to be sure your service meets your expectations.... And them some. Great place to buy tires 7/14/2008

My son and I have been customers of this store since it opened. My son bought the first set of "mags" that they had sold. Over the years I've bought 5 or 6 sets of 4 tires, My son has bought three if I'm not mistaken. The service is excellent and the product availability is extensive. I don't even price shop, because I know their prices are competitive and the service is beyond compare. They value their customers and have always gone over and above the call of duty when I've had a request. I appreciate the fact that they are close to where I live, and if I need anything, they are at the ready and willing to assist. Highly recommended. Pros: Thumbs up. Best customer service 4/15/2008

I go to Big O in Brownsburg to buy tires for all of my vehicles. I have been a customer of theirs since '99. They have always treated me right. The customer service at the front counter is excellent. They are always busy and are able to get cars in and out very quickly and efficiently. I recomend Big O Tires for all of your tire and engine service needs!!!! Pros: All around great service more

Bad service 12/5/2007

My daughter had a friend bring in her van which had a fast leak twice. Once they said it was dirt and the 2nd time they couldn't find anything. (The tire went flat in 1 day) She brought the Van to her small home town where they found it right away. A small town found it and Big O couldn't find it in 2 tries. Cons: Don't know what they are doing more

Can't beat the warranty service 4/30/2006

My wife and I both bought new tires for our trucks about a year ago. Anytime we've ever had a problem, even when one of our rims cracked and ruined the tire, they covered it under warranty no questions asked. terrible product, bad service! 7/3/2003

I bought a set of BigOXT tires for my Dodge Dakota - worst decision ever. The tires were badly out of round (visibly so) and the dealer could not get them right - every time I took the truck in they would try to balance them and fail - the truck would jump all over the road at 60mph. I had a hard time getting them to use the warranty to replace the bad tires. They broke off almost every bolt on the wheel at one point or another, they replaced my custom lug nuts with non-matching nuts until I complained. They even made my fiance wait two hours once to have the tires rotated after they told her it would be only 20 minutes. When I called national customer service to complain I got hung up on, intentionally! I would never buy anything from these jokers again. Ever. Pros: nice white lettering Cons: quality of tire,noisy, bad/slow service, cust. spprt. hung up! more
