Big John's Performance

I was referred to Big John's by a friend and was so pleased with the service I received. I went to them after my daughter got a flat tire on our car. I told them I didn't want to spend a lot of money on an expensive tire since I lease the car and only have it for a few more months. He came back a few minutes later and told me he had a used tire he could sell me which I said was fine. He said he would have the guys mount the tire, rotate the tires and balance them at no charge. Within 1/2 an hour my daughter and I were on our way. Pros: fast and pleasant Cons: didn't find them sooner more

I had work done to my vehicle and was advised they could do it. They completely did it wrong. I went to their vendor of the product purchased and was advised by their vendor that they completely did it wrong. I went back to get it fixed and was advised they fixed it. I got the run around several times by the owner and what appeared to be the manager. The problem still existed. I went back for the third time and asked for a refund or pay the shop next door to fix it. They offered to fix it again. I said no. They said third times a charm. LOL... They cost me three times the time and money for a simple service. I requested their Bureau of Auto Repair number and they still gave me the run around resulting me to call the bureau myself to get it. It should be printed on the receipt as far as I Know, but its not. I would not recommend these guys. I experienced very poor workmanship, poor customer service, and they tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong. Pros: None. Cons: Workmanship, customer service by management more
