You want Italian, this is it. It is more Neapolitan than Tuscan. You want pizza that tastes as if it's from Naples or Pompeii, this is the place.

Worst

The food was underwhelming. The chicken wings were under cooked, the salad was sad and not very appetizing. I will not be ordering from Bi E Pizza again.

Pizza was okay, the pineapples were soggy and too mushy. They are terrible when it comes to refunds or orders canceled and they take well over an hour for delivery. There ribs are mainly fat and bones, the meat is too dry unless your lucky and get good ones. The eat in option is okay but the shop is small and their were rude patrons, of which the workers did nothing about. Overall some of their food is good, service is okay, customer care is terrible, delivery is not worth the time to wait. Not the mention some of their drivers are sexist. Example of that is that one of the drivers refused to talk to me and insisted on talking to "The man of the house" more

This place has always been delicious, but I have some suggestions for them. Rotate your coupons/specials once in a blue moon. Sometimes delivery comes piping hot and sometimes I might as well have not ordered. Seriously, the pizza got that bad, because it was only lukewarm. I'm not sure why, other pizza I've had lukewarmish doesn't do this, so I suggest keeping your delivery consistent and boxes hot. Loyalty rewards! This would be awesome. Also, when you get soda in bulk, is a 4xmarkup really necessary? 2 liters cost anywhere from .99 to 1.50. You charge somewhere less than 4. For most people in the area, stores are really close. You might want to consider lowering this for competition's sake. I do realize you are providing convenience...it's just so steep the laziest person is willing to walk to the store in spite of it. more

Magnificent 5/30/2008

This is one of my favorite places to eat pizza. It is really, really good and it's right down the street from my apartment so convenience is perfect. The prices are reasonable and they're open really late, which helps when you get a late night pizza craving. They also have a variety of pastas and sandwiches if you are not in the mood for pizza. I suggest that you give this place a try if you are driving on North PCH past the traffic circle. more
