There is an amp I've been looking for and I called them to see if they had one. I spoke to someone who said they did have it, then for some reason gave the phone to someone else and I had to ask again. He said they did have it and gave me a price. So I drove down there ready to purchase it, he takes me to the amp area and it's not there. Goes back to the computer and says someone had put it on layaway. So I wasted an hour of drive time and was really disapointed. Making the drive was really inconvienient for me and that's why I called first. Two people made the same mistake. I gave 2 stars because 3 means "satisfactory" and in my case does not apply. I won't be going there again.
