These ignorant aholes failed to deliver the speed they advertise and could never keep it up and running and to top it all off a year and a half after I have stopped using the big dog internet they stole money from my bank account and am now seeking legal action for fraud. Stay clear of this company as they have no morals or decency. more

this is the worse company in The World! 11/19/2008

This company will be late for appointments, rude and I could only give this company one star. One of the few good things that the flood of 2008 did, I got rid of this company. Pros: that they did forgo the cancellation charge after argueing with them Cons: too many to mention more
