I had a very complicated move spread out over 4 days. Vicky and Carl and the crew handled everything very professionally!

Very professional 9/30/2013

The movers were very careful. I only moved furniture, no boxes or pictures and not much that was breakable, but they wrapped everything very carefully and made sure not to bump walls or woodwork. I would use them again. more

I was amazed at how smooth and efficiently they unloaded and set up our Steinway grand. Moved it from the store in Portland to Butte, MT with out a hitch from first contact to setup! more

High Energy, Skilled and Fun! 8/22/2013

We were recommended to Big Al's for our household move. We couldn't be happier with the experience. The 4 men were hard working yet careful with our belongings. And an added bonus were the upbeat and kind personalities they all brought for the day. We paid by the hour for this move and got our money's worth and then some. Big guys for big jobs! 8/17/2013

I love these guys because they are BIG. I'm 6'3", 250# and they dwarfed me. The three of them hauled in my new baby grand with strength and sophistication. The piano was never once strained or twisted getting it up my driverway, walkway, through the house and carefully constructed in front of me. They really knew what they were doing. Big recommendation from the Sweeneys! more

The best way to significantly reduce your stress when moving is to call Big Al's! J.J., Ed and Juan showed up promptly, went over details room by room and then moved like lightening. They took great care of my belongings and great care of me. The maintained a fun and joyful attitude from start to finish. From the time I contacted Vicki to schedule our move, it was a professional; experience. Big Al showed up to get a first hand look at the job, and make recommendations. The team of Edward, Juan & Jake, could not have done a better job. Everything was done as estimated and without any damage. Not one Ding. Great job. Would recommend Big Als, all day long. more

Excellent move, from start to finish 7/10/2013

Big Al's did a fantastic job moving my 7' Yamaha grand piano. With Herman's leadership, Luka and Steve were all superb. They were efficient, extremely careful with all of the surrounding patios, doors, steps, furniture and flooring, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Herman gave us advise of how to better care for our piano, and obviously knows a tremendous amount about pianos. All three were also very personable and friendly and took a lot of care during the move. It was a great experience for us. more

Excellent with no complaints. 7/3/2013

From communication with front office staff to the moving crew on both days to Big Al himself, our move was handled attentively, professionally and humorously. Despite our mountains of stuff, the BASM crew had an excellent attitude, was respectful of our stuff, and got the job done in a day and a half, which i didn't think was possible! I highly recommend BASM and would hire them again in an instant. more

3rd Move House move with Big Al's 7/2/2013

We have used Big Al's to move 3 times and have had them move a piano twice and from the initial phone call to the end of the move our experience with them has been great every time. Their staff and the owner himself "Big Al" are coureous, respectful and hard working....what customer service is all about! would recommend them to anyone...oh, and their prices are very resonable. more

Excellant people to move you 6/22/2013

The guys that moved us out of our trailer and back in 8 months later were AWESOME. It was an excellant experience and if we ever move again I will talk to them. They are really careful with our stuff and they are professional while having fun. They got right down to business and packed our stuff and then moved it to storage the next day. Great Job 5/1/2013

We had an antique upright piano moved from Seattle to Vancouver. When I spoke to staff on the phone they were very helpful, answered my questions and sent the prices quoted to me in an email. When they moved my piano they were very careful with it going up and down stairs and padded it well in the truck. These guys are strong and know what they are doing. Also their prices were excellent! I would highly recommend them. more

Excellent Experience. 4/28/2013

Our first time for hiring movers,and we got the best of the best. April 19,2013 pouring rain,our moving day. James,Craig & AJ showed up with smiles on their faces.This was the most fun move ever,all with great personalities,professionals,yet they kept it light.We felt we had known them for years.Great trio,kinda like the Three Musketeers,all for one,and one for all. Wasn't Sure It Could Be Moved But They Moved It 4/26/2013

Big Al's was hired to move a 1500 gallon 7' x 12' wood pond that weighed about 2500 pounds. It was no easy task but they figured it out and got that pond loaded up. Very impressed. more

Outstanding 2/21/2013

Big Al and his team accomplished what we thought may not be possible. They traveled 145 miles and moved a heavy piano staight up into a loft in a great room. It could not be moved via the stairs because of angles and stone posts. Local piano movers woild not even consider trying it. Well done Bart M/ Patrician D more
