Typical nightmare repair guy. Doesn't show up. Don't waste your money. He took our money, cashed the check. Our dishwasher broke AGAIN 4 days later. When we called him again to address the issue we thought he corrected, he didn't show up. We've let BOSCH know that he's horrible and to take him off their list. more

Do not use this appliance service !!!\r I also wished I had read reviews before calling these guys. They also incorrectly diagnosed the problem with our 2007 Maytag Bravo washer. My horror story began on August 26th 2011 and as I sit and write this I still dont have my washer ! \r Greg the owner/manager is about as useless as a human could be. He is rude and has no business running a business and dealing with the public. I have lost time from work to be at home waiting on his service guy Robert, I have spent way too much money at the laundry mat for the last 3 weeks for me to still not have my washer and now Greg says I owe another $135 for yet another part !!!!!! \r Please Please use another appliance repair service and save yourself time, stress and above anything else MONEY !!! more

Wish I had read reviews before calling! DO NOT use this ""company""!!! They incorrectly diagnosed our refridgerator and tried charging us $300 to fix the wrong problem. Customer Service is an foreign word to the ""manager"" Greg!! He will NOT return phone calls when he says he will and told me the service report from the other company we used, that diagnosed it correctly, was meaningless and could have been signed by Santa Claus...REALLY???? AWFUL!!! I should have known when I called and he asked how I heard about them...the obiviously don't get much business!!!!! more
