I have used Biard & Crockett for over 12 years and have challenged them with complicated hard to get parts that other supply house could not provide and they always came through. Thier willingness to make the customer satisfied surpasses thier competition, from the quality of the products in thier showroom to the excellent service of thier technicians. Over the years I have bought plumbing fixtures and parts from Biard & Crockett, and one time I had them replace my water heater.\r \r What impressed me about their staff when buying parts is that they really know their stuff. They took enough time to offer suggestions and explain why some parts work better than others.\r \r When it came time to replace a leaky water heater, I gave them a try. If their sales staff were good, shouldn't their service staff be? They didn't disappoint. They didn't have the least expensive estimate, but they included things (e.g. a drip tray) others charged extra for. They were quick and professional. I have had no problems with my water heater over the year and a half later I've had it.\r \r I recommend them to others, and I will call them again when I have a plumbing problem. more
