Unfortunately, we purchased an RCA camcorder from them on 7/16. It arrived nonfunctional, not their fault, and I returned it. I was promised that the camera would arrive before our vacation, (8/20). I called 8/20 and was told that I was never told it would be here. That to check it out would take time, and that I should stop ""hounding"" them, I would get to me ""soon"" The man called me a liar, an claimed he never made delivery promises, but he surely did. Today is 8/30, vacation is over and still no camera. The very seldom answer the phone, and the person who answers, claims to be the owner, is rude, short, and couldn't be bothered with his customers. They have my money, and won't deliver the merchandise, or even discuss it. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
