Bread. It's so good. 3/26/2006

This is the place for good bread. Real bread. Thick, crunchy, flavorful bread. They have every type imaginable, although you have to get to know the schedule to know when you personal favorite will be in. They make different breads each day, as well as pleanty of regulars. It's just all so good. Go get some bread. more

A good place for a quick bite 3/18/2006

I'm sure they have forgotten more about making bread than I ever knew, but I can tell you what I prefer in bread. I am not a fan of crunchy crust. If I was making the bread I would also maximize the interior volume to surface area ratio. For a quick lunch time meal this place works. The sandwiches are tasty if you can get around the hard crust. You will pay $1 - $2 more than a typical fast-food restaurant in the area. more

Awesome sandwiches 8/19/2005

This place has the best sandwiches in Tucson!! They also have freshly baked pastries, bread, cookies, creative soups, salads and desserts. They also have peanut butter and jelly or grilled cheese sandwiches for the kids. Great vegetarian selection. Just keep in mind that you will have to wait in long lines during lunch time because they are always busy!! more

Beyond Bread is a local sandwich restaurant. It has the best sandwiches i have ever had. Their specialty is bread. there are many different kinds to choose from, featuring everything from sourdough to jalapeno-cheddar to olive. the sandwiches also feature great ingredients: high quality meats and cheeses and vegetables. in addition to sandwiches, Beyond Bread has amazing salads and soups. it is a must visit lunch restaurant for everything from sandwiches to baked goods. more

Beyond Bread 8/12/2005

Great place to hang out with friend during afternoon break. Nice place, friendly server, the food is GREAT. I love their own serving style, which is very unique, and they treat every customer as a unque individuals. I love the way that I can create my own sandwich, they offer different types of bread for me to try before making my decision. more
