worth the wait 1/11/2006

This '50s-inspired art deco diner is a pancake fanatics dream-come-true! Honestly, words don't do these creations justice -- their size and decadence defy description. They must be seen (and tasted) to be believed. I highly recommend setting aside a few hours of your day (depending on the length of the line, you may need it!) to try Bette's. Even if you're not a pancake fiend, you're bound to find something you enjoy... more
