You might get lucky but that was not my case. According to the folks that did my moving this company does outsource the services to outside crews. To make things worse the crew was not informed by the company they had to do some assembling and disassembling (a crib and a bed) , so they did not have the tools to do it. Bottom line, even thought the moving team worked very hard the $800 estimative became $1,100 plus $110 tip (yes I felt like I had to tip them 10% ..) and a broken bed ( witch btw I got a $20 check for two months later..)
I read some good reviews online and a neat webpage before deciding to use better move. My take is that some of the crews might be experienced and well informed by the management some not as much. The final top two on my research were Bettermove and oZ Move. Next time I already know which one I am going to use.
