I have sent many e-mail, no reply, I have left many phone messages , no response. They don't list a number on their website, I found one on Google. I am calling Attorney General office for fraud. more

Just a heads up about PFS auto financing, Don't do it! After dispute regarding insurance coverage on my vehicle. They have repeatedly harassed me at work and at home. They have showed up at my work and at my home. They have been advised by myself and my office manager to stop calling at work but continue to do so, repeatedly through out each and every day. They use different phone numbers and personal cell number to disguise themselves. They have called so much in one day that they hung up on my office manager several times. more

Do not use Becker Ventures for IT work. He says he has all these Degrees and is a War Vet, then doesn't finish or follow through with the job. He Text my secretary to have her tell me, he couldn't fix the problem he left till 7 days later. I paid him, and then Hired someone else to fix his mess. Becker Ventures NO WAY. more

I have a charge of 10,500 dollars on all three credit reports.\r At Desert Shadows apt's in brook hollow. Because we moved out due to roof rats and air conditioning problems( which I had a commercial company come and clean the air handler. It was full of black mold. in 2008. I contacted the manager at the time and the problem was not handled. We had a 7 mnth lease which we stayed for 2 of those and gave a 45 day notice. They charged us for the whole lease. And cleaning .The blood from one trap was leaking from the facia vent onto our balcony and it sat there for 3 days until we moved out. They sold the lease to an outside collection agency. They had the apt. rented after I moved out. they double dipped. and double rented. I am currently seeking leagal advise. Any answers? more

I moved to ashler oaks apartments 4100 parkdale street in San Antonio TX. It was the worst experience for me, and my family they turn the water off for a week, a.c broke, the carpets were moldy from the apts being flooded out from broken pipes. Also there is a rat problem they leave they poop throughout the apt and got in my food. The yards are covered with trash, and everything is outdated it is hell. We could not live there anymore especially with kids so we moved out, the rental office agreed and their corp office that we wouldn't owe them anything since they were not handling the problem They now have their collections agency calling harassing us and cursing at real unprofessional. We are going to take this to court, if you live there and are having this problem let me know. more

Don't use Commercial IT Solutions...They promote a ""Platinum Premier Service Agreement"" that seems to be a front for charging for uncovered services. Tecnicians not able to solve problems....Service Agreement has a 60-day notice requirement which attempts to charge you, even after the initial period....The final insult is that they send a bill collector to harass you if you are not satisfied with billing and fire them.... more

I was hired on with the spoken understanding that my pay rate was to go up after 90 days. I asked about it.he flat out told me I wasn't getting a raise. So I told him his word as a man was no good. So I called HIS backstabbing two faced supervisor.He said to just come in on Monday and we will talk about it. Monday I was fired. So #1, the fleet manager was a chickenshtt sob for telling me I would get a raise and then didn't give it to me. And #2 the owners right hand man was a stupid a-hole sob for siding with that backstabbing lying sob fleet manager over the whole deal. So if you are thinking about going to work over there, be fair warned....that fleet manger is a chicken shtt sob. He will lie to get his way and he will cheat you out of a deal if it is not in writing. You will find that he is grumpy and short toned with his employees MOST of the time. You will find that he will not give you complete addresses and sometimes not even phone numbers to contact customers. Then its your fault when paperwork is turned in uncompleted. He may tell you to be someplace at 6 a.m. only after you worked till 2 in the morning the day before. You will never get to wash your truck unless he okays it first. And if there is something wrong, like having to follow a driver who has all the paperwork where ya'll are going and he is speeding...well don't go to the ""boss"" about it. He will turn it around and make it look like it was your fault and that you were only complaining and causing trouble (but yet, who's fault is it when you have to call him when you are now lost, huh?) And if something is wrong with the truck and you get stopped and inspected? well then get ready to pay your own ticket because he is going to make excuses as to why it was all your fault to begin with! And if you have a flat tire and run it flat and ruin it because you didn't catch it in time? Well get ready to fork out 250 dollars or more out of your already low paycheck because he is going to make a reason why you are going to have to pay for it because it is always your fault and not the companies. And I hope you like running out of round and bad tires that make your truck and trailers vibrate and that will start to show hazardous wear signs after a while, because you are going to be running a lot of that kinda shtt. (and we know how DOT loves to write tickets up for worn out tires). He makes you pay for everything that goes wrong because he is trying to stay within his company expenditures so that at the end of the year he gets it all back in the company bonus and HE gets to keep it!! ...and THAT'S what it is really all about! Somehow that companies right hand man is also tied into that bonus getting, so he ain't gunna back you if something goes wrong. Bottom line, YOU are paying for it. Don't take my word for anything! Go TALK to anybody who has worked for that sob fleet manager. You will find out that everything I have said is true. So if the fleet manger Mr. W.S. or the companies right hand man J.T. happen to read this....F- you buddy for firing me because for it being time to honor your word and give me the dammed pay raise!! And to who ever helps to delete this bit of info for other sucker drivers who just want a good paying job? F-you for siding with those 2 sob's and their chickenshtt backstabbing lying cheating good ol boy ways. It might mean you're a chickenshtt sob yourself...and I guess the truth hurts. Bottom line? My wife and I hired A&J Performance/Bautista Automotive 2602 Ruiz St. 78201 to do a valve job on our 4 banger 04 Kia Rio May 25th 2011. We were charged $825, which we paid over a 2 week period. We got excuse after excuse. August 24th 2011, we went to get our car and get our money back. Anticipating more B.S. I made a small sign that read ""This Place Got me for $825 and 4 months"". This made them move fast. A clerk by the name of ""Hawk"" came out of the shop passing our car which had been in pieces in the front of this place for months, crosses to the sidewalk where my wife and I were and tries to yank my sign out of my hand, and push me off the curb and into traffic. My wife yelled at him to stop and threatened to call the police, and he took a swing at her face, or the phone, which was by her head. We called the police and filed a report. The shop workers closed up, and took off on foot down an alley. later that day the shop dropped our car off in pieces in our front yard. The owner told us we can come in Sept.24th to receive our 1st refund payment of $250!! We found out later this shop has a history of swiching and stealing parts, over 5 different lawsuits pending . This is a true den of liars , thieves and who knows what else. more

I called AAA because my AC had quit working. They responded within a couple of hours. The technician came and looked at the non-working fan on top of my Condenser unit (Trane XE 1000) and stuck a long metal bar that I had on top of my doghouse and it started to turn. However, he told me that the Fan Motor was shot and it would cost $787.99 to replace it or buy a new condenser unit for $3587.00. I waited till next day and called another Company who replaced a bad Capacitor and cost me $75.00 for part and service. My AC works great now. AAA is a rip-off of Senior Citizens. Beware if you call them. Check prices and work quoted. Their service call cost me $45.00 wasted for a bogus diagnosis they never performed and proposed excessive cost for something that was not needed nor broken!! The one star rating is generous.Seniors: Beware of AAA Plumbing. more

Beware of Hawk - he is the same Hawk who posts at least 15 different ads each day. I hired Hawk to load my moving truck last year and his crew did not secure any of my belongings. As a result, EVERY piece of my furniture has been damaged or had to be replaced. His ""crew"" did NOT utilize the 24 moving pads I had rented or the 4 ropes I had purchased for them to use to secure my belongings. When I arrived at my destination, everything was toppled over and damaged. I notified Hawk and asked for a refund of my $150.00. He said he is NOT BONDED OR INSURED but would send me a check back in December 2010. Now he refuses to talk to me, either hanging up when I identify myself or just not returning my calls or answering when he sees my telephone number. He also refuses to reply to emails. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!! Now I am going to have to go through the courts to collect not only a refund of the monies I gave him but also the cost of replacement and repair of my furniture. Thanks Hawk for being such a stand up guy - what a joke!!!!!!! This man called me a ""stupid c_nt"" on the phone. Is this the type of person you want to trust your property to????? more

I saw the ad for green energy of SA on Woai sayIng I can save on my utility bill. I contacted them for info and ended up buying the radiant barrier. They were quick to set up appointments and did the work fast. But then the problems started. Cable tv connection broken, outside lights not working, and worst of all drain tube on AC busted completely. I understand the is tough in The summer, but service after the sale is important. It has been three weeks and still no call back. Watch them close. more

i finance a car from there the next day i got it out, everything started messingup with it, i keep telling them but till this day they havent done anything to fix it. the owner steven said i have to pay them an arm and a leg. but i dont have the money to give them to fix it.. they keep telling me to take it in and when i take it in so they can look at it, they say nothing is wrong or its not a big deal to fix but yet my car is stalling on the highway, and my radio and lights keep flickering on and off. they wont give me my money back or put me in another car more
