The Neat Desk Company is being given a bad reputation for how they treat customers. As a monthly-timely paying customer--the staff from the Neat Desk company went into my bank account and took monies that were not authorized, while still taking payments they were promised every month. Customer service report errors, and they are making the customers pay for it by taking one authorized one-time payment. This is weird! they have not only taken monies without authorization--they have cost me money in late fees and draft. They only say they are sorry, Sorry! Steer clear of this company! more

Eric's Appliance Center......located at 736 N. 42nd St, Phila, PA.....stay away...I just purchased a refrigerator on Monday Feb 13th an te next day it was not cold enough, and the freezer was not freezing water for ice, nor my food. Today is Friday March 1st and no one has come to fix problem yet. I have been calling everyday, numerous times and talked with different employees and even the manager.My food has spoiled and now im out of a $125 dollar refrigerator and about $50-60 worth of food. more

i purchased a money order from 7-11 on stenton ave near Ogontz for 108.00. it was the wrong amount needed, therefore i went to another western union dealer to cash the money order and was told the money order was not in their system. i returned to the purchase point and was told nothing could be done until the manager returned 5 hours later..i called customer service ans was told it takes 24-48 be.fore a money order can be cashed. im glad it was the incorrect amount because the carpet cleaner is a friend of mine and would have been upset trying to cash the money order before 48 hrs..Always use postal money orders more

the worst experience buying returning a new jeep 2012 that now is going to be repurchased by Chrysler,the worst management, the worst ownership, you name it..once they got my $26,500 in cash..they didn't want to here about problems with my new jeep.totally unacceptable, seriously...do not go to this organization for a new or used vehicle or you might go through hell like I did for 6 weeks...never in my life was I so treated like a piece of shit....they should be banned from selling cars in the state of Pennsylvania. This dealership Chapman is in Horsham . The owners thought I would just accept their lies and devious excuses about the rust, flooded passenger floor area, rust inside the jeep, scratched rear window, wheels hitting the undercarriage of the vehicle and mold on the rear bumper. To all the people whop read this spread the word and make sure your family and friends go some where else to be treated with respect. what a 6 weeks disaster. This business is very suspicious. They have no auction paddles. Just a piece of paper. The auctioneer and one of the owners bangs a piece of rubber on a wood counter upfront to make it seem like someone bids on a vehicle when nobody bids. For instance with my car that I purchased, the auctioneer said 6500.00 and then the guy who I think is the owner up front bangs the piece of rubber to make it seem like someone bids on the vehicle and then they said 6800.00. I thought someone bid and then some people who were with me and other people at the auction informed me that nobody bid. This is extremely deceptive. more

Dollar verity or the dollar store,@ 1108 market st. please dont shop there, they have the worst customer service in the world,except for one exception a nice lady from Trinidad, beside her oooomg run, the security guard or bag handler is a mad mad man, the manager is rude just as his worker,and some of the products are expire,like tooth,we bought some chips and it was bitten by rats,they speak to the customers with no respect,and as i said the security guard OMG, HE IS THE WORST I EVER SAW IN ANY BUSINESS THAT I VISITED IN PHILADELPHIA PA! Fortuna Roofing is one of the worst roofers in Philadelphia. They gave us what was supposed to be a new rubber roof back in Feb 09. We paid them 2200.00 for a brand new rubber roof, guaranteed. We called them back one month later because of a leak that happened after a heavy rain storm. He came out and checked out our roof and said a small ball had gotten stuck in our gutter and we should be fine. He must have a stash of rubber balls in his business because he gives the same crock of bull to all of his customers who complain about a leak. My bedroom ceiling is destroyed and I have to replace it. DO NOT USE FORTUNA ROOFING. They will rip you off and give you a cheap roof. more

We moved to Philadelphia without seeing the apartment in person. When we arrived, it was filthy. Roaches, mice, the oven didn't function, and general disrepair. The landlord has dragged his feet for a month and a half, doing little to nothing. The tenants above us are frustrated and dealing with the same problems. The City of Philadelphia License and Inspection Department came out yesterday to view the apartment and found not only the disrepair, but that the fire alarm system had been disabled, and not reviewed since 2004. When I told the inspector the landlord's name, he said he had heard of the man on an another complaint last year where a building had no heat. Avoid Urban Property Group LLC and any of its various LLC names. We deeply regret moving here. more

You should not go here. This is a bait and switch scam company. They have a team that confuses all the details, including giving incorrect information on the vehicle, year/make/model then refusing to refund your money once your insurance uncovers they lied about the car info. They force you into getting another one of their junk cars. They add charges that they do not discuss with you ahead of time so you would never want to use a credit or debit card. They hang up on you when you try to pinpoint an answer from them. They claim to have a warranty but when you need it they back out of it. Not to mention all of their cars have been wrecked and have severe under the hood damage - they even left the car parts in the trunk of one car they forgot to clean out. Unless you are an attorney or know the state attorney general on a first name basis you should not do any business with them whatsoever - what a horrible place giving Philly yet another reason to have a bad name. Please contact the State Attorney General or 215-380-1855 with all complaints - these people need to be stopped and banned from doing business in Philadelphia. Taking hardworking people's money like that. FOUL! more

Jason called me around two months or so ago and wanted me to come in for a job in Northern Liberties. They were really pushing for me to go to this temp to perm job. When I got there and they realized I was older than they thought (they never stated this to be but the feelings were clear), Jason made me feel like an idiot and didn't care about my finishing the tests and then told me he had a job in the Northeast and said no to the job in town which is the reason I went there. I live in Center City and that's where I'm looking. They made me feel embarrassed to be there and I had no desire to finishing the testing. I never heard from them again and would not recommend them to anyone who is older than 45. Cons: Not a good agency to deal with more

I do not recommend that anyone do business at this car lot. They got me a loan through Marlton Auto Credit and the interest at 21% which is extremely outrageous. Then they said that they won't take the car back, I'm stuck in the contract, and that I couldn't get my deposit of $2100 back! They let me drive the car around for 30 days and didn't remind me that I had to come back for the inspection. This is my first car and they literally took my money. What makes it worse is that I tried to get it financed through my credit union and they said the car is only worth $5600 when I am paying $12000.00 for it! Please be aware of these types of cars lots and pay close attention to the interest rate. The guy named Bob who works there is rude and has horrible service and he wasn't the guy who sold me the car!
