I ordered a plant to be delivered for my uncle's memorial service. I ordered it to be delivered the day before the service to leave room for any issues. The day of, it had not been delivered. I had to call twice, the second time being put on hold for 10 minutes, to learn that the delivery had never been made. Judging by the fact that I called on the day AFTER the delivery should have been made and it took a long time to get information, I do not believe this company would have ever called to let me know their error. This is completely unprofessional for a florist shop. You cannot mess up orders for a funeral/memorial...there is no REDO in those situations! \r
