While the staff is courteous and polite, I am disappointed in their unsympathetic and predatory billing practices. I am a full time college student who only works part time, but I nevertheless take meticulous care of my pet, saving up for major procedures and getting its nails trimmed frequently. I tried to make an appointment to have its nails trimmed this month at the clinic, and was informed that my pet was due for a routine physical. Due to current financial hardships, I asked if the physical could wait until next time, and I was told that this was possible, but that the nail-trimming would now be over doubled in price. \r
