Dr Arvind is OK.. but If you value your time, you want to go to some other place. Just go to any other place. This is 4rth time I had appointment with Dr. Mark .. and like every time I had to wait and wait and wait. I guess my patience gave up this time and I left after 40 minutes without seeing the doctor. \r I knew this location and know well that staff is lazy, careless, casual and not professional so I always plan ahead for about an hour wait ... but i had something comeup so I called this AM and told them I need to be out of this place in one hour and thirty minutes ( one hours and thirty minutes is enough for a regular appointment right ??? ) so why not you reschedule to an hour earlier ... they refused being 'appointment within 24 hours'. \r Anyways, bottom line is, if you have plenty of time to kill .. this is the place that would help you kill your time .. but if you have things to do .. find a place that value your time... and not forget, you pay the doctor to see you. right ? :) more

Relocated to HP from the Raleigh/Durham area; I am a registered nurse w/ 30+ years. I brought my medical records w/ me from my specialist. the documents included prior surgeries w/ poor outcomes w/ notation of continued need for medication - this medications is not a 'controlled' substance. Yet, Dr. Jarrett, treated me disrespectfully - from his very, very brief exam; I could tell he had not familiarized himself w/ my past surgeries and current medical conditions. Dr. Jarret, was arrogant; and non-caring. I called my physicians in the Raleigh/Durham area - they will continue to provide from me - until I can find a physician who truly cares about his patients. My prior physicians are from a very large Medical University setting; needless to say - documenting my encounter w/ Dr. Jarrett - I do not see any referrals from my prior physicians to Dr. Jarrett &/or Bethany Medical Ctr. more

She listens to me, her staff is great also, I have a lot of medical issues and was having problems at work due to that. She listened, supported me in what I needed and I am getting better with a handle on my weight and my health. She is not judgemental and knows her medical information she is an asset to Bethany Medical Clinic. Pros: Helps me with my weight, my diabetes, and my disability. more

Patric takes the time to explain my condition and what I must do for a plan of action. He has great bedside manners and keeps up with what is going on in medicine. He listens and even when rushed does not convey that to the patient. more

Patrick Watterson,PA.ATC is a very professional yet comfortable PA to be seen by.I prefer to see him over a MD any day.He listens and doesn't make you feel like you're beneath him like some MD's do.When you're sick you feel bad enough to have to deal with that stuff.So Patrick Watterson is the one for me. more
