I recently attended and was very impressed. We received excellent service by all hotel staff, from the front desk to the meeting rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Actually, everyone was great 10/20/2010

Front desk Joe, I think, who printed out directions to the Cathedral on Sunday morning for us. Actually, everyone we asked at the front desk was great. Most of the van drivers were great also. Breakfast was wonderful! I am recommending this hotel to friends and family with small children: pool, breakfast, shuttle service. more

a very pleasant stay 10/15/2010

Checkout was quick and easy as well. We did not use the free shuttle, you must schedule it way in advance but it was a very easy drive downtown. The sheets were great even though the beds were a little hard for my taste but all in all we had a very pleasant stay. We plan to use this hotel for any future trips to Baltimore. more

Definitely would recommend 10/7/2010

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family. We stopped for a weekend layover in Baltimore on our way up north. We were pleasantly surprised by the overall service received at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to everyone wanting value, comfort, good service and cleanliness. more

For those of us who know Best Western as a chain of hotel properties that have seen better days ("Worst Western"), this location is a pleasant surprise. Clean, well-apponted rooms & public areas, a free breakfast including "eggs" and "sausage", and a USA Today (in a stack in by the restaurant) made this an enjoyable stay - and one of the few decent places in Baltimore that is anywhere near a reasonable price more

Was a very rewarding experience to stay at the Best Western on Mc'Donnell Street in Baltimore. VERY clean, MOST hospitable and a great deal for the rate.Great location right at the I-95 making accessibility to anwhere very easy. Would HIGHLY recommend. more

Shuttle, restaurant and rooms great (and good value) 9/1/2010

We stayed 1 night here on a 16day tour of the capital region. This was an excellent hotel with no problems (and yes we had some in others!!) This is a going places hotel-the room was large, well serviced and excellent air con. Reception staff were excellent polite, helpful and although we didin't try the theatre on site we wished we had. The free shuttle service which you need to book on arrival runs on the hour from hotel except over lunch and dinner and collects on the half hour at the inner harbour. We returned from a full day at the harbour and ate in the restaurant which was excellent and also produced a great breakfast. Baltimore itself is undergoing major development and is shabby except for the harbour area. Personally we were delighted with everything at this hotel AND its so convenient to the I 95 it means its a good easy overnight stay when travelling on. more

Loved it 8/30/2010

We spent a night at this hotel to visit Toby's Dinner Theater and the service was wonderful. The lobby was very nice and the rooms were great. I actually felt at home with the staff. more
