Courteous, efficient, reasonable service. 11/26/2012

When I called Best Tree Service, they came out immediately. They gave us a reasonable quote for a very large yard with lots of trees. They were punctual and efficient. One thing they did that impressed me was they went over to the neighbor behind us and made sure the trees on their side were trimmed as well as ours. Our neighbor was thrilled. They did a great job, and the trees are beautiful. more

We've used Best Tree Service for the last 4 or 5 years. They do a really nice job of shaping the trees how we want. They'll call us every year or two to check up on us. We have a tiny tree in the backyard that grows very quickly, and also an apple tree that they take care of. Scheduling is sometimes a matter of how they can fit you in. It's not always when you'd like it to be, but it helps to be flexible. The only thing I'd have a quibble with is that they pack up the schedule quickly and have to make last minute changes a lot. more

I've been a customer of Gary at Best Tree Service for 6 or 7 years now. He comes by a few times a year and takes care of 3 or 4 trees for me, doing shaping and other work on them. He does good, quality work. more

I had a silver oak tree that was getting really big and I was scared of some branches coming off. Best Tree Service came out and cut off the branches and now I hardly have to rake any dead leaves. Later, there were some critters eating the bark and the lemons from my lemon tree. I called Best Tree Service again, and their guy got all the dead stuff out and sprayed the tree with dormant spray. A year later, I've got a nice lemon tree. They showed up at the time they said they would and were very cooperative. more

Great eye for trees, reliable service 5/14/2012

When I have had a need, Gary is right out to give me a quote and start work. I have been using Best Tree Service about 20 years and not only do they do a great job but they take great care in their work. They cut back a bottle brush bush 2 summers ago and it grows back beautifully now every year. He does my palm trees and some beautiful chinese trees in my backyard. He has great care, is reliable, and has a real eye for trees. more

Best Tree Service is an efficient and professional company that I will continue to use. 3/20/2012

I was very pleased with Best Tree Service. I've used them every year for the last three years, and they've gotten better every time. They're very clean. They clean up after they're finished, and I can't even tell they were there except for the fact that the trees are trimmed. There are no limbs or leaves left on the ground, and it's even cleaner than it was before they came. I will call them every time I need service done in the future. more

Available, trustworthy work 3/12/2012

I have been using Best Tree Service ever since they came to my home 6 or 7 years ago offering to take down a tree that was overpowering my front yard and I have used them ever since. When I need them they get here quickly and they have a great quality to their work. They are available, I trust them, and overall they really do great work. more

Did the work right away. 2/14/2012

Gary from Best Tree Service came by did the work right away, almost. The only reason for the four out of five on service is that he's a bit informal and laissez faire. He called me, because we had done work prior, and by coincidence I was thinking of having some more work done. He came by, gave me a good estimate, did the work while I was gone, and there's not much more to say. more

Go-to person for about 20-25 years! 1/11/2012

I had Gary Gilliam at Best Tree Service as my go-to person for about 20-25 years. He does an excellent job! I have large palm trees and Best Tree Service has been taking care of them for a number of years. Best Tree Services comes twice a year to do maintenance on the large trees around the house. I've been using Best Tree Service because of their maintenance, courtesy, sincerity, loyalty, and good job! I do recommend and have recommended Best Tree Service! They do a good job and clean up after themselves. Best Tree Service is prompt, firmly, and courteous! more

They are a great company. The owner Gary came in and did a phenomenal job. He is efficient and cleans everything up. Best Tree Service is very fair in their pricing and I have never had a problem with them. I have used him for several years. I have also referred him to others and they have never had any trouble. I think he is an outstanding provider of service. more

Best Tree Service is a great company! I've been using them for about 4-5 years now, and they are very accommodating. It's not like I plan on when I need my trees trimmed, it just happens and I can call Gary right then and he can come out really quickly and does a great job. Even if I'm not there, I just leave the gate open for him, he comes in and does the job and leaves. Also, they really work with you on prices. They are all very nice and professional to work with, a great company to work with. more

I have used Best Tree Service before, and I will use them again. Gary does good work for a reasonable price. They have trimmed six tree's and a hedge, and removed a 60 foot tall dead oak tree. It turned out well. more

The worker at Best Tree Service does what he says he's going to do. I don't really have to worry about anything going wrong. I had found out about Best Tree Service through an internet search. He came over and spent time with us, showing us pictures of his work. He gave us a price quote and I like that he had a certification. I wanted an arborist. Trees give us privacy, and if something goes wrong, we lose our privacy. The work was quick, clean, and it looks good! more

Knowledgeable and professional. 11/10/2011

In my opinion, Gary from Best Tree Service is extremely qualified and professional at the work he does. I've worked with many other tree companies, where the bosses would stand underneath the trees watching other people they contracted out to do the work. Inevitably, they'd do the work incorrectly, dropping limbs on my gutters etc. Gary is quite capable and gets up there himself to do the downing and trimming. My trees are really big, and he climbs them like a lumberjack! He does a great job. He knows how to drop limbs and to prune trees correctly. I've been using Gary's services for about 10-15 years now and won't be using anybody else. more
