DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS!\r \r My husband rented a bounce house, 7 tables, and 50 chairs (prepared by Tonya) to be delivered and set up at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 17, 2014 for my son's first birthday party. On Saturday, May 17 at 1:53 PM, when we no one had yet arrived with our delivery, we called spoke to a woman who told us that she wasn't in the office and she would call us back. At 2:14 PM a gentleman called us back to say that the ""Truck was up on Shadeland..."" and that he would be here soon. We informed him that the party was set to begin at 3:00 PM. We were expecting 50 guests to arrive.\r \r At 3:00 PM, the truck and two gentleman arrived at our driveway. We informed the driver that he was two ours late then returned to our guests trusting that the delivery and set-up would continue. My guests, who were arriving at the time, heard the driver cursing and exclaiming loudly, ""I will never work for this guy again..."" After a few minutes, the driver got back into the truck and drove off, having NEVER DELIVERED the bounce house or any of our paid rentals - or letting us know that he was leaving or why he was leaving without delivering our rentals. (We had the electricity and a flat area of our backyard lawn ready for the bounce house.)\r \r We repeatedly tried to contact them and have not heard back by phone or email. We have refused payment through our credit card company.\r \r They take your money, are completely unprofessional, and don't even care about their customers who spend months and weeks planning special events for their friends and family. While we tried very hard not to let our disgust for this company color the beautiful event we had planned to celebrate our son's first birthday, it was frustrating to have to explain to our guests why we had no place for them to sit while they ate their meal. more

I recommend to anyone putting together an event. more

They have taken care of us for the last 3 years and have always done a great job. I switched to them after going with a company I thought was a little cheaper and looking at there equipment found out why. Call Best Fun you won't be disappointed. Pros: free delivery and set up Cons: null more

My nephew had a birthday party at Best Fun a little while back. I was very disappointed and worried for the children's safety! The workers looked like kids themselves and did not pay much attention to the children they were assigned to look after. Pros: No clean up Cons: Safety more
