STAY AWAY! 11/5/2005

I went to Midas when I had a hole in my muffler and the noise was deafening. Well at that time I was pleased with the service and especially pleased with the lifetime warranty. Well when it was necessary for me to take advantge of the lifetime warranty (about two years later), I got every excuse in the book. I still had my original paperwork, but they would not assume liability for the new hole in the muffler. They did not stand behind their warranty and I will NEVER use them again. more

Should you have the need to replace the catalytic converter of your vehicle, this is the place to visit. The I have the catalytic converter of my Dodge Caravan replaced here three years ago. It has been working perfectly up to now. It also gives a free two-year warranty. PROS: Reliable catalytic converter shop CONS: none more
