this was an ok experience i would'nt go back Way overpriced for teh repiar of your system and they charge for everything down to the penney . If you try to call to see if your computer is ready be prepared to be on hold and transferred to 5 different people more

Best Buy 6/6/2005

I have always been happy with this store until recently. I purchased a computer package from there 2 weeks ago. I had nothing but problems with them. I was overcharged for what I bought. I had them do work on the pc before taking it home and they gave me the wrong one when I picked it up. I was in the store for over 3 hours to puchase this, which I think is rediculous. more

Great electronics and media store 5/27/2005

I like going to best buy because they have a great variety of electronics, video games, movies and everything. My biggest beef is that even though the employees don't make commission, they're still all over you like the do. As soon as you walk into their department, they pounce on you. I appreciate the helpfulness, but give me a chance to browse! PROS: Great selection CONS: overenthusiastic staff more
