Sad customer service - geek squad department - 15 May 2014, 1000 - Broadway store, Tucson, Az... waited 45 min in line for service, only two clerks, no manager in site to check on progress of line in this department. No apology from clerk for waiting, one of the only two clerks stepped away from his counter and went to help a customer in the general store while the rest of us (7 people) were waiting in line for geek service. WHERE IS THE MANAGER??? WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE???? more

mobile phones tramp 1/20/2012

I am currently writing this review in store. just a few minutes ago I went into the mobile phones area to ask a simple question about my invisible shield warranty. And i was greeted by the most snotty customer service rep i have ever encountered. The bitch kept giving me a look like i was stupid. Kept interrupting me and would even chuckle and roll her eyes while I was CLEARLY explaining why had happened to my shield. To make things worse she had no name tag so I cannot expose her. more

Extremely Poor Customer Service 11/12/2011

I recently stopped by the Best Buy store on Broadway in Tucson to purchase a remote control for my TV. I went back to the TV section, couldn't find the remotes and noticed two Best Buy employees standing together talking. I approached them and noticed they were comparing cell phones, contact lists on their phones I think. I started to ask where the remotes were, and one employee held a finger up to me as if to say ""just a moment, wait till we're down socializing, them we'll help you if we feel like it"". I walked past them, asked a third employee where the remotes were and he grunted and pointed to the remote section. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I should have been assertive and confronted the ""finger"" dude immediately, but I was quite simply shocked at his rudeness. Next time, if there is a next time after this experience, I will confront any such bad customer service. In fact, I'm going to contact Best Buy right now and complain directly. more
