I recently stopped by the Best Buy store on Broadway in Tucson to purchase a remote control for my TV. I went back to the TV section, couldn't find the remotes and noticed two Best Buy employees standing together talking. I approached them and noticed they were comparing cell phones, contact lists on their phones I think. I started to ask where the remotes were, and one employee held a finger up to me as if to say ""just a moment, wait till we're down socializing, them we'll help you if we feel like it"". I walked past them, asked a third employee where the remotes were and he grunted and pointed to the remote section. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I should have been assertive and confronted the ""finger"" dude immediately, but I was quite simply shocked at his rudeness. Next time, if there is a next time after this experience, I will confront any such bad customer service. In fact, I'm going to contact Best Buy right now and complain directly.
