This Best Buy sucks! 3/24/2006

The Best Buy in Stockton sucks. The layout and merchandise is just like any other store, but the customer service is horrible. I asked someone for help, and they completely brushed me off, and then when someone actually acknowledged me, they didn’t even help me. Not only is the customer service awful, they didn’t even have merchandise to fill the shelves. The shelves were basically empty. I hate this Best Buy, I can rant on and on about this store all day. more

So Many Things, So Little Time 2/27/2006

Best Buy is one of my favorite stores because I'm an electronic junkie! Huge TVs, small little laptops, hundreds of DVDs, many CDs, PS2's, mobile phones..and so much more. There are plenty of people who work there that can help you, but when you need help it's hard to find them! Once they figure out you want to buy something though they will stick to you like glue on a shoe. Great store, good prices! Parking is horrible during the holidays since it is located at the mall, so the website may be a better idea! more
