So a TV we bought (flatscreen, 42 inch plasma) somehow broke randomly while we were watching Lost. We bought this TV about 6 weeks ago and we bought the full service warranty plan with it at Best Buy. They sold us on it by saying that basically if we don't do anything wrong and the TV breaks, we can bring it in for a replacement. So what happens at the store? We had to fight with them for 2 HOURS, AND talk to corporate while we were at the store to finally have it recognized.
This is such a scam, Best Buy will not get more business from me.
