This is the most aweful reflection of A Best Buy I have seen yet. We purchased our IPOD with a warranty - after 3 years the hard drive went bad, we sent it off for repair.... after 3 refurbished units being returned because none of them worked when we got them home (they don't fix your IPOD, the provide you a refurb unit) after 3 refurbs being bad, the last final return should have been a total replacement due to the lemon law, but this return came up with Water/Condensation damage (the only thing not covered in the extended warranty IMAGINE THAT)- we did not do it !!! We asked them to check on this water/condesation unit that was originally returned based on serial numbers, they could not track by serial numbers (they don't track/or the remove original serial numbers), said it was our fault, we had it one day- tried to charge the ipod; turned it on and it never worked!! Guess what, they had no sense of giving a darn, escalated this up to the manager, that avoided us and we were left
