Worst

bought a virgin mobile phone to replace a metro due to service issues. Was told all was refundable if not better. Would not refund $55 activation card same day.

Great store, great products, and great customer service. this is one of the stores that I can honestly say has made great leaps in bounds in product line and customer service. If you leave this store in particular, then you really didnt need help. The staff is knowledgeable, and are truly out for the customer's best interest. Thank you Best Buy! more

Best Buy Atlantic Store- Geeksqad and Ipods 12/31/2007

This is the most aweful reflection of A Best Buy I have seen yet. We purchased our IPOD with a warranty - after 3 years the hard drive went bad, we sent it off for repair.... after 3 refurbished units being returned because none of them worked when we got them home (they don't fix your IPOD, the provide you a refurb unit) after 3 refurbs being bad, the last final return should have been a total replacement due to the lemon law, but this return came up with Water/Condensation damage (the only thing not covered in the extended warranty IMAGINE THAT)- we did not do it !!! We asked them to check on this water/condesation unit that was originally returned based on serial numbers, they could not track by serial numbers (they don't track/or the remove original serial numbers), said it was our fault, we had it one day- tried to charge the ipod; turned it on and it never worked!! Guess what, they had no sense of giving a darn, escalated this up to the manager, that avoided us and we were left more

good selection pushy reps 11/16/2005

I hate the store associates that push psp's and the only reason they do is to not lose thier jobs. this store has a great selection but the non-commisioned sales reps who hound you to buy a psp are ridiculous. PROS: great product selection CONS: poor customer service more

The best electronics store! 6/28/2005

I love Best buy. I feel like a kid and a candy store every time I come here because they have types of electronics. They always have the latest PS2 game, the latest DVD's and the latest CD's. And their prices are cheap. You can find tv's, stereo's, computer's and entertainment systems at incredibly low prices. This is one of my favorite stores. more
