The prices are ok as long as there is no rebate to have to deal with, other than that they are a nice big friendly store with access to all your needs.

Worst

I went to www.eriecomputerman.com and the prices were much more reasonable and the associates were much more helpful. Geeksquad tried to talk me into getting a bunch of software ...

Prices are good 11/8/2007

The selection is good and so are the prices. However, the sales staff is not helpful and do not know much about the products. Even purchasing large items no one offers to help you to your car. more

Wonderful service 10/21/2005

The manager of the flat screen section spent alot of time with us explaining the televisions. We have decided to purchase over $4000 in equipment for our home from this store because they were kind. more

i really wish they would run ads more often with lower prices without needing the "rebate" stuff. This would be much nicer if we could just pay a lower price! but in all they are fantastic with great service! more
