I have done business with Best Buy since the day they opened their doors. I have probably purchased 15 desktops, laptops and iPads over the years. Sometimes charging and sometimes payinf cash for those items. Today I went into the store to purchase a new desktop and decided to charge it. I haven't used my card in a number of years, so they wanted to open a new account. Everything was totally screwed up because I have retired and moved in the last 18 months. I was declined for a $800 charge and was not able to get a live person on the phone to sort everything out. No one in the store could handle the situation. Even though I could have paid cash for the item, I chose to walk out. I will not do business with a store that screw things up that badly. \r
