The Best Buy in Murrieta lacks customer service! THE SERVICE IS SLOW AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUED AND JUST STAND AROUND AND LOOK AT YOU WHILE THE LINE GROWS! I TOOK A CELL PHONE IN FOR REPAIR AND THEY SAID I WOULD BE UPDATED BY EMAIL. NEVER HAPPENED! AND WHEN YOU CALL THE BEST BUY IN MURRIETA, IT TAKES FOREVER FOR TO ANSWER THE PHONE! IF THEY ANSWER IT AT ALL!! LOVE THE SALES AND THE MERCHANDISE BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! more
