I've always had great service and luck with Best Buy. I purchased a laptop from them a few years ago. The employee was extremely willing to help me learn which was the right computer for me. He tried to sell me things but didn't push anything on me and would take no for an answer when I said it. I recently had a problem w/ my laptop and took it back in, they sent it away and fixed it for nothing because of my warrenty. They've informed me on the steps they were taking and were great through it all!! more

Best Buy 7/18/2005

This is a newer store, with very ample space and great sekection, sales people are very friendly. Salespersons, salaried, vs. commision, so they are not pushy. more

GREAT PRODUCTS BUT PUSHY SALESPEOPLE. 5/21/2005

This Best Buy is a good place to shop but only for one reason, and thats because they usually have the product in, one reason nto to shop there is that the salespeople are pushy and want you to buy things that you do not really need. Such as the extended warranty, buy a warranty on a 50 dvd player???? i dont think so.....Overall they have good prices, and a grea selection of whatever you are looking for, but the salespeople lack soemthing and its not being pushy! Tell them no, and get what you want at a great price then get the heck out of there! PROS: good prices and great selection CONS: pushy salespeople with the extended warranty. more
