Bestbuy is falling fast 9/14/2010

I used to love bestbuy. I could go there and 90% of the time I would find what I'm looking for but it seems to me that ever since they put that guitar center in they cut the selection down on everything else. Their movies and cd section used to be huge and know it's only a couple isles. It seems like they have nothing for computer supplies and equipment. Bestbuuy has really gone down hill in the last couple of years. Oh and I won't get into the parking lot because it seems like all you guys have that covered already. This is really all dissapointing too because there really are no other stores that Carry mass amounts of electronics at decent prices. Yea and their employees are another downfall. I just love when I ask for help and they don't know what I'm talking about or they tell me there is no such thing and then I turn the corner and I find what I was looking for. And this is not a lie. This happens to me all the time at bestbuy. I have pretty much givin up on that store. I've gone more

Still a horrible parking lot, not as bad as it used to be 3/28/2009

They've made substantial improvements to the parking at Best Buy Southridge over the last several years, though the city has annoyingly restricted the exit to right turn only. Still, it is a frustrating location and a bit of a pain to get to. The parking lot is separated into a small main lot by the front door and a huge side lot that turns into a mess during the holidays.\r \r It used to be conveniently located across from Circuit City, which made it somewhat nice to visit, because what you couldn't find at one, you could usually find at the other. Unfortunately, CC is now closed.\r \r The service at this store seems to be highly variable. There are some bright and knowledgeable folks, but also some that aren't. We found some pretty good people in the camera department who were able to demonstrate a somewhat obscure feature of one camera that we were considering about a year ago. Frustrating Store 12/29/2006

I used to love Best Buy because of their decent music selection and their electronics. Now after dealing with their ridiculous parking lot and not having items in stock that we want, I've concluded that it's not worth going to Best Buy anymore. I always walked out with a headache. more

Good store, poor location 7/21/2005

This is a good best buy store. It's clean and the employees are helpful and friendly, but the location could be better. The parking lot is extremely small for its popularity, and the enterance and exit are horrible to manuver in and out of due to the high volume of traffic on 76th street. It's close to restaurants which make it a nice place to go to before or after a good meal. more

No frills with all the service 7/3/2005

this store is a great place to shop for computers,electronics.music,games,appliances,sound sysyems for you car and all manner of gadgets for the technology driven. You are sure to find something to satisfy the techie in you and with services like the Geek Squad and their extended warranties you can not go wrong. PROS: staff is everywhere and will answer your questions. CONS: sometimes cant find parking close to store entrance. more

Worst parking lot ever! 5/22/2005

This Best buy was put up and no thought was given to the fact there is no decent parking. On weekends you have to park in the parking lots for other businesses. This parking lot is the weirdest shape I have seen also. They should have passed on this building and looked for another. Or they should have gotten a new one by now. But I have never been to a best buy that did not have a messed up parking lot (hwy 100). Weekdays are not to bad here but weeknights are crowded also. The staff is first rate, they have improved over the years. I hate getting to the register and have to say 9 or 10 times to the extended warrenty. It would have been a higher rating but stop asking me about extended warrenties and work on the parking issue PROS: The have great prices and return policies. friendly employees CONS: parking lot, being asked to much for extended warrenties. way to much more

ordinary at best 5/18/2005

I dread going to this Best Buy. The parking lot is such an odd shape, making it dangerous to try and maneuver in (especially if you try and go there on the weekend). They really need a bigger parking lot. The prices are ok to average. The checkout associates seem like they are just going through the motions when they check out your merchandise. I only stop here to shop if I'm given a gift card as a gift from someone. more

It's a no frills store. Basic electronics at a good and fair value. Their selection of computer software could be a lot better though. Large selection of television components. Long lines. more
